Congratulations to Dorothy “Punkin” Lee, the inaugural recipient of the Upperville Colt And Horse Show's (UCHS) "Spirit of the Horse" Award.
The award, established in partnership with the First Lady, recognizes a woman and resident of Virginia who demonstrates exceptional service or dedication to, and promotion of, the equine industry.
